Caprese salad: heirloom tomatoes, Fior Di Latte mozzarella, balsamic reduction, basil, parmesan crisps (V) (gf)
Baked half shell scallops, crispy bacon pangrattato
Rare beef tonnato, golden beets, capers, parmesan, tuna cream (gf)
Main:
Local wild mushroom fettuccine, burnt butter, sage, walnuts (V)
Confit chicken, polenta, black cabbage, tarragon jus
Roasted pressed lamb, green pea goats curd, almonds, red wine reduction
Fish of the day, crispy skin fillet, kohlrabi slaw, herb butter
