Jordan is our Operations Manager & Head Barista, passionate about quality coffee. Jordan's also a qualified chef but decided to keep his love of cooking for home and now focuses on making the perfect brew....and most of our locals reckon he has nailed it!

Our Head Chef Kat, otherwise known as 'Kat Wonder'. A super accomplished chef with close to 20 years experience. It's a great vibe to be in the kitchen working alongside Kat, especially when she decides to belt out some tunes!
Dazz is part owner but spends most of his time in the background maintaining and improving the cafe building. The front planter boxes, the new tables, the front register, the wine racks and the renovations to the back deck are all his incredible handy work.
Our baker Jules has over 32 years experience in serving up all those delicious treats! Passionate too about great quality breakfast dishes, he will often be serving up your brekkie.
Tania is part owner and General Manager working closely with the operations team. Tania grew up in the foothills before finally moving onto the mountain in the early 2000's. With Ripe a lunch favourite, Darren and Tania were thrilled to take ownership in October 2018. Animal welfare and environmental issues are high on the agenda, therefore all of the cafe's produce is now sourced ethically and as locally as possible whilst the packaging has been upgraded to predominantly compostable with a couple of items recyclable.
