There’s a world of difference between “good” and “great” coffee, and Melba Organic Coffee is "great".
There are so many variables when it comes to coffee – there’s the way the beans are grown on the farm, how they’re harvested and transported, right through to how the blends are formulated.
Melba only source their coffee from boutique, micro-lot, and specialty producers.
Then there’s the way they roast the beans in their custom designed and built roasters with their small team of specialist coffee-lovers. The end result is the production of some of Melbourne’s best coffee, all from their humble roasting house in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs.
It’s the care taken at each of these stages that sets Melba’s award-winning coffee apart.
Even though Melba live and breathe coffee, they agree with us that there are more important things in life. Things like fairness, equality, and preserving our environment. That’s why Melba Coffee is committed to sourcing its products only from accredited sources.

We use a couple of suppliers for our tea. Love Tea, and Tea Leaves of Sassafras.
At Love Tea, they collaborate with growers and small scale cooperatives around the world to fairly source organic ingredients.
They thoughtfully design each of their unique products to ensure optimum therapeutic benefit, exceptional flavour and minimal impact on the environment.
Tea Leaves are our neighbour in Sassafras, and also known as the crazy teapot shop, have a huge range of teas from across the globe.
